Very stress free sale
Kerri was very professional and respectful of my wishes. We agreed on the sale price of my home. Kerri pointed out items that should be removed to make the staging of the home more professional, the professional pictures came out very well. Kerri kept me up to date on all of the home showings, times and dates. Kerri also helped me analyze the offer which I accepted and it worked out great. The final closing procedure went well. I would use Kerri again if I was in the market to buy or sell a house.

Kerri is very knowledgeable of the housing market and professional as well as being an awesome person. She told me I would know my house when I saw it. The process of being a first time homeowner was very easy with Kerri’s assistant. Kerri was very helpful and answered every question I had within a reasonable time.
